Applying window film/tinting can
cut a home's heat absorption and reduce potentially harmful UV
light. There are two types of tinting typically used on residential
windows: neutral color film (or non reflective) and highly reflective
film. They both come in varying degrees of colors and amounts
of reflectivity. Highly reflective, as the name says, has more
of a mirror image best used reducing outside glare. Window films
are applied to the inside of the windows.
