• Moving typically costs between 10 and 15% of the value of your home.
• Adding a bedroom or bathroom can potentially increase your home's value beyond the costs of remodeling.
• Look at your neighborhood. Do you want to stay in the area, or move to an area with less traffic, better schools etc?
• Would remodeling or building an addition make your home too large for the neighborhood?
• Is your neighborhood undergoing a remodeling surge?
